"Great caravan, great park!"

Everything was perfect in caravan. Really modern and cosy. Everything we needed. Position of caravan great too. Park is in a fantastic location. Been to Aviemore many, many times but this was first time staying in park and will definitely look to stay here again, and hopefully at The Heathers!

Possibly wi-fi in caravan would be good but appreciate this may not always be possible given location etc. Wasn't an issue as we were out every day over weekend but might be handy to have.

Very

Very poor customer service, phoned twice but no one replied.Leak in ensuite radiator,couldn't get rid of icon bar at top of television, no one told us the on site bar would be closed very poor.
