The location was excellent. Just a short walk from Bakewell centre and so many walks nearby.

There were 3 of us staying and there was a double room on the top floor and a bed settee in the lounge. It is more suited to a couple rather than 3 or 4 as the lounge is small anyway so probably too small for a sofa bed. That said it was really comfy and we enjoyed our stay

Lovely little townhouse in a great location. Nicely decorated throughout with everything you could need. We loved the walk into town down the river. So many ducks! Great to have a parking spot as well. Would definitely stay again

Excellent comfortable stay in the charming town of Bakewell. Parking a bonus. Bed very comfortable and although on road it was quiet enough to sleep well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Haywood, everything was perfect. Bakewell is a charming village in a wonderful location with opportunities for walks and country drives with stunning views. The village has lots of little shops to browse in, places for coffee and dinner. The Haywood had everything we needed and key collection easy. Being on a busy road we thought it could be noisy but not so. It was a short walk into the town centre and having parking was good for us. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything. The bed was very comfy, linen and towels nice, kitchen perfect. Having a washing machine was wonderful. I can recommend The Haywood. Be aware, if you have mobility issues the bedroom is on the third floor.
