"Brilliant cosy stay in Barmouth"

Brilliant spot above town, perfect for getting to the beach and for a pint afterwards! Easy access takes about a minute from the road, stairs are fine. Feels just set back enough and the views are gorgeous. Facilities great and bed very super comfortable. Brilliant communication as well. We will defo be back. Thanks you!

Excellent views good facilities. a good value for money stay. And would book again. Thanks for bonus luxury chocs and use of laundry facilities excellent. Much appreciated. Hosts very friendly and great to deal with.

Furniture not same as photos advertised. Some of furniture too large for room and dated all mismatched and a bit bit tired and dated, decor and carpets looking tired carpets badly fitted in hallway big gaps so dirty in gaps. Bathroom silicone black in places needs replacing as makes it feel dirty . With some tlc and good styling could be amazing. I'm good at that so if ever you need help with it let me know.
