"Nice resort set in nature location, in low season many facilities closed and too quiet for us."

Excellent Nature location very close to beautiful Kudle beach, clean and well maintained rooms, good wifi, friendly manager and security. When we complained about restaurant being closed, no yoga and no staff after 19hr; he opened the restaurant for us for a complimentary breakfast the next morning and stayed around until we returned from diner that night. We appreciated that a lot! In high season with restaurant and pool open and daily yoga classes, this must be a very different ecperience as you can read from the reviews.

Due to low season we were the only guests, so no pool, no yoga and the restaurant was closed. Also the reception was unmanned post 19hr, so we felt little unsafe walking home after diner at night through the poorly lit nature paths (mum with two daughters). The owner was in Germany, but the manager contacted him and responded very well to our complaints. Despite that and low season prices ( 6k / night for 2 bedroom cottage), I was expecting more for this rate.

"The worst ever staying in my life, I left after 4 days . I have paied the whole 2 weeks. The owner is rude and unfriendl"

Very hot Full of mosquitoes The owner rude and unfriendly And I am the customer and normally the host should be gentle. I have payed the entire of my staying in advance !! 2 weeks Also the people running the place for him are scared of him and so unfriendly as he is. A real bad experience. And I do not recommend it to anyone

"Get the T-shirt!"

A haven of peace and tranquility, with terrific breakfast. We stayed in one of the cottages - perfect. Kudle beach is minutes away, and great for eating in the evenings. good yoga class included in stay. Despite problems making our payment before arrival (we paid but money didn't arrive) Oliver honoured our booking and worked with us to resolve the issue.

The most comfortable and clean hotel l have been in India with authentic atmosphere. Each step of a guest is thought out , for instance, if you come before checking in time you can get shower on the territory of hotel with all necessities within Short way to the kudle beach - 5 minutes down by path and 15 minutes to the gokarna golden beach.
