Great location, cozy beds, well kitted out kitchen

Parking was tight down a very thin dead end road

Excellent shower, comfy beds, river runs behind the property and there's a veranda to sit out on, key box entry, good Wi-Fi strength, plenty of space for two, 5 min walk to small Tesco, great location for walking/hiking/biking

Car parking was free and I didn't have a problem finding a space near the house, but it's a narrow-ish lane down and a tight turn at the bottom, so big, wide cars may have a bit of a squeeze as other parked cars will also be there.

Every thing was clean and tidy, the view out of the back was great.

The stairs was a little low and steep.

The location of the property is amazing with a terrace right next to the river, which is why I picked it. It's a quiet place not far from Bangor or Llandudno and we were lucky to have a parking space right next to the cottage. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were very comfy.

I was disappointed with the condition of the property. The first thing I did was to open the window and the handle almost came off. The carpet on the stairs into the kitchen is loose and definitely a trip hazard. One of the shelves in the kitchen collapsed and the wooden top on top of the banister came off. I can see everything was done to high quality, it just needs a little maintenance.

- Host was super responsive. - Riverside view - The best part. - Nice Kitchen and dining area. Nice Patio as well. - Location - Easy access to public transport, nearby attractions like Zip world.

- The 2nd Bedroom size is very small. - The bunk bed is cramped, very creaky and shaky. It needs to be fixed or replaced to avoid any injuries. The height is very low as well. - Good fit for 2 adults and kids, but not for our family size. Absolutely not enough for 4 adults. - It could be good to have some basic toiletries which were missing in the bathroom - Bodywash, body lotion, shampoo, etc.

Świętna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do wielu lokalnych atrakcji. Szum wody z płynącego obok strumyka. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Możliwość parkingu, co prawda mało miejsca, ale codziennie można było je znaleźć.

Jeśli obiekt rezerwują dwie dorosłe pary muszą wziąć pod uwagę, że jeden pokój ma łózko piętrowe. Jest to w opisie, ale należy zwrócić na to uwagę. Sklepy, restauracje w pobliżu.

Excellent price point and location. Close drive to Zip World. Scenic views, accommodation over looking a stream. Can see sheep outside the window and back garden. Good kitchen facilitie - plenty of plates and cutlery provided. Clean. Plenty of space.

Master bedroom bed excellent. However, the 2nd bedroom bunk bed was squeaky and the space between the bunks are tight. Maybe suitable for small kids but not teens. Parking near the property after 5 pm was difficult but there is a car park convenient nearby.

Plenty of room, clean and we liked the view of the river. It was great for our dog as not too many furnishings. The shower was great and we had no trouble parking because we have a small car.

Guests need to be okay with stairs and the patio being crossed by the neighbour. We were fine with this.

Not clear where the bins were. Better instructions on this would have been good - we couldn't find a general waste bin for the property. Also, and this is not the host's fault, it is a very narrow road and neighbours park their cars outside their houses making it extremely difficult to get past - we scraped our hub cabs on someone's step and there was <1cm to spare on the other side of our car (we drive a regular family saloon, not a SUV).
