GBI treated my partner too a stay at one of the pods for his birthday, they couldn't be more helpful with making the stay special for us, we arrived at the pod with balloons and banners which was so lovely. the only reason why I rated 9 instead of a 10 was because we weren't given an access code to get into through the gates into the complex and we tried ringing reception and the restaurant but no one answered, luckily someone arrived behind us who knew the code so they let us in. I must say the stay was amazing, the hot tub was lovely, we were right by the river I would defiantly come again. its also right by the zip lining and quarry carts so if your going for activities its the perfect location.

GBThe location was fabulous! Right by a waterfall and river which was stunning and near the mountains which made it very quiet and peaceful. The interior of the lodge was stylish and modern while still being a cozy get away in the countryside.
There was hair all over the bedding and pillows. There was also dirt marks on the hot tub and stuff in the bottom of it, as if it hadn't been cleaned (but there was a catcher next to it so we just yoinked it all out). Also some dirty mugs and the water occasionally came out misty. Could have provided at least a shower mat.
