Great location, in the narrow streets of beautiful Argegno,just a few steps from cafes and the lake…perfect comunication with the host

Amazing place! We really liked the house - unusual, cozy with a view of the lake. We were very impressed by the multi-level house: 4 floors with a basement - keep this in mind if you have trouble walking up and down stairs - we found this very funny. The house has everything you need: dishes, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, washing and dryer machines. The owner took care to explain in detail where we could park our car and find the keys to the front door. He also heated the apartment for our arrival - special thanks for this, because the evenings in March were cold. We checked in and out on our own, which allowed us not to think about time during our trip - appreciate it. The Port Station is 5 minutes away from the house, from where you can cross the lake by boat.

Excellent location, very close to the lake, bars, shops and boats, in a quiet street with beautiful lake view, large terrace, excellent dining room, nice kitchen, very good bedrooms

Bathrooms. The separate toilet was not properly cleaned, we did not use that. The shower got broken during the stay, it was very uncomfortable. The living area was dark and cold with damp, but the dining room-kitchen perfectly compansated for this.

We loved the view and the cozy apartment, Edoardo was helpful with some recommendations.

Upon booking, I think it should be mentioned that it has 34 steps within the apartment from ground floor to the view. Also by car it is very inconvenient to go, no parking space and even unloading is difficult with the steep streets. There were few minor cleaning and furniture issues, but we reported them and it was fine.

The house is awesome and quirky with the most stunning view of Lake Como. The owner is super friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is great - super close to the bus stop and ferry (but perhaps difficult to get to for some travellers). The house was clean and well equipped and has everything you need. Great stay!
