Luxury home in the heart of Merida Centro

Our host was very kind and tried to help resolve the issues but many facts unfortunatly maf

Our experience was unfortunatly not very good. The main reason was the presence of cockroaches which were not effeciently treated. The furniture was a bit old in some of the rooms and the bed linen also. We also had an issue with water cuts, maybe in the full neighberhood, but this has also impacted our mood.

Equipment needs some maintenance - no shower was working properly, drying machine needed cleaning..

Amazing place, the decoration is done with a lot of good taste. Owner are very responsive and helpful. The swimming pool is much larger than it looks on the picture.

Maybe not the most touristic area of Mérida (we were a bit surprised when arriving) but the area is very quiet/nice and very close to all the touristic areas so at the end not an issue at all

The home is beautiful, the high ceilings big windows and outdoor space was awesome. The hosts were super responsive and communicative. The book they made of recommendations was very helpful and tipped us off to some very cool places. The neighborhood was safe and fairly close to the centre of town (20-30 min walk). The hammocks in the rooms were a really wonderful touch and the pool was the perfect way to cool off on hot days. The kitchen was well set up with everything you could need and there are air conditioning units in each room. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it!

The house is starting to show signs of wear from use as a vacation rental, just some little things that could use some maintenance. There were only three chairs for sitting outdoors which made it hard to sit outside comfortably in the evenings as a group of five. We had some problems with ants and cockroaches but that's probably to be expected in a city setting.

This is a delightful house. quiet and felt secluded. This was a great stay – the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms are very well divided, so one of us staying up late wasn’t disruptive to the other at all, and the wifi signal is strong.
