Una villa stupenda in un bellissimo giardino, davvero un angolo di paradiso a due passi dal centro di Nettuno, vicino al borgo e alla spiaggia. Più bella, comoda e rilassante di così non si può immaginare. I proprietari, Valeriano e Luana, sono gentilissimi e fanno tutto per mettere gli ospiti a loro agio.

What a fantastic stay! The house is absolutely beautiful, super clean and really well-equipped – you can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like home. The beds were super comfy too, which made it even harder to leave! The town itself is charming and peaceful, and it’s just a short trip to the sea – perfect for relaxing or exploring. Also, shoutout to the bike – such a cool touch, and great for cruising around the area. And last but definitely not least – Vale is an amazing host. So kind, welcoming and helpful. He really made us feel like we were staying with a friend. 100% would recommend and would love to come back!

This place was outstanding and I would highly recommend this place for families. The hosts were outstanding with clear communication prior to arrival and very gracious in showing us the house. The home is equivalent to a five-star hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The place is amazing, the owner Valeriano met us near the villa, and helped with all the things inside and outside the place, there was a bucket of fruits in the kitchen for us, there is everything for cooking in the kitchen (and outside for grill), villa is beautiful, lots of flowers in the garden, beds are comfortable, there was a small pool for a kid, umbrellas for the beach (and they also bought a bunch of toys to the beach for my son), actually we had everything we need, there is a supermarket 15 min walk, and beach 10 min walk, villa is located in a closed area. We had a wonderful time, highly recommended. Big thanks to Valeriano who drove us to the doctor, cause my son had a high temperature, waited in the line and helped with a translation.

There was a construction in the villa next door, so sometimes it was quite noisy.

Big house, 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. 15 minutes from beach. Several outdoor areas; one with tv and bbq.

A little too easy to hear from other stories/rooms.
