The location, comfort and cleanliness.

The ceiling was quite low when walking from the kitchen to the lounge and one of us banged our head a few times. We suggest you place some bunting or tape at the top of the frame for safety.

It had been nicely decorated and styled…but it was tired. Being directly opposite the Black Deli is a huge plus

Cleanliness was not up to standard. When we entered it smelled unloved in, dusty and perhaps a bit damp. There were lots of cob webs and moths. And dust which had clearly been there a while such as on the plants in the bathroom. Generally could have done with a freshen up before arrival.

Very cofortable and pleasant stay. Could do with a hand towel in kitchen.

there's a lovely pub down the road for tea. Comfortable beds. We had to add an extra day onto the stay due to work delays but it was really easy to make the change through booking.com and it was especially nice being able to wash our clothes due to the extra day !
