Modern Queens Quarter Townhouse 1

Location and comfortable beds.

Flooring needed renewed. Which meant it was difficult to clean and was not good for a crawling baby. Also uneven in parts.

Great location a 2 minute walk to the botanic gardens and Ulster Museum. Centra store across the road as well as a selection of cafes. Quiet street and nice quiet area. The house was really well equipped throughout, well presented and comfortable.

Nothing we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

It was fabulous. Three storey house, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Everything was great. About 30 min walk from city centre

We were asked for a security deposit of 200 gbp one week before the stay dates. This proved difficult in the midst of travelling. The host was kind enough to waive it eventually but caused a lot of stress. Payment shd be collected at start if required. Would also be better to indicate this in booking requirement and not after booking

Location was great, easy to walk into downtown Belfast and lots of things to do around the property. Property Manager easy to deal with, although we didn't have too many questions.

The floors were a bit warped and not much seating area in the front room, although the dining room had space. Could maybe have more in the way of cutlery, etc.

More seating in the lounge needed

clean, as described. had everything needed. well located. easy check in and out.
