Cottage is very cosy and comfortable. Garden is South facing and well laid out with beautiful table & chairs, sunbeds, bbq, and hot tub. Garden is very private, not overlooked at all. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is excellent with pubs, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance.

Nothing to dislike

Our host Neil was amazing he messaged me immediately after I'd booked to confirm and ask for any special arrangements, this trip was a pre-wedding anniversaries weekend break with my fiancé so at my request he decorated the master bed with silk rose petals which was a beautiful touch. The cottage itself was immaculate perfect for the two of us just wanting some "us" time, kitchen was stocked with crockery and cutlery and there were even some board games and vinyl records in the living room for us I play around with. Bathroom was good and the two bedrooms both wonderful, the master bedroom in particular with it's walk-in wardrobe and super comfy bed! Highlight of this property for me (other than the gorgeous village location) was it's garden, a large secluded outdoor area with seating, loungers and a fantastic hot tub which Neil ensured was up and running when we arrived. No nearby properties overlook the garden and privacy is offered by a combination of bunches and fencing. All told this was an excellent property managed by an amazing host (his visitor handbook even offered recommendations for local dining), the honeybee theme runs throughout this lovely little cottage and we have fallen in love with it. We'll definitely be coming back. 🐝 ❤️
