Lovely home, huge kitchen diner where we spent most our time. Two bathrooms and a toilet so plenty of room for family not to all be on top of one another. Perfect location close to shops and amenities, however still in a very quiet area. Lovely garden to sit out in the sun and hang washing out. Ideal get away in and around Wymondham and much better than several hotel rooms.

Unfortunatly plenty of plates but barely any bowls and only 4 mugs. Ment someone having cereals and a cuppa, then washing it up so someone else could have cereals and a cuppa. Multiple beds felt rather rickety, everytime my husband rolled over it felt as though the bed would break. My daughter felt the same in the twin room. Cleaning was good overall, however dirty trays were left in oven uncleaned and filthy plates in cupboard, dishwasher tablet tub was replenished, however clothes powder tub was not. Cleaners could do with a checklist to complete… I don’t expect to pay over £1200 and have to wash other people’s dishes and oven trays on arrival.

Loved the location. Such a beautiful place. Ample parking at the property. The kitchen was a very good size and a lovely social space!

The beds do need upgrading as the mattresses do need replacing. The property was a little tired in places but this did not distract from our stay. It would be fabulous if they could change the mattresses!

All good. Perhaps a better outside light. Without a torch it was difficult to see the code required for the key safe.

It’s a lovely spacious house we were a 3 generational grown up family group of 6 we were very comfortable. Nice welcome bowl of teas coffee sugar & milk. We had a small plumbing issue which I reported and was dealt with same day. A very silly thing but as I was in touch with the agent I mentioned lack of toilet rolls and more were provided. This was an extremely impressive service especially as it was a weekend. (Haha toilet paper ancient was real)

Lacking in curtains. The wooden blinds do not keep out the 4am light & rooms felt a bit stark without curtains to soften the feel. All 6 of us found the pillows uncomfortable but that’s a very personal thing There are signs of mould in the bathrooms which could be do with cleaning off. We noticed the extractor fan didn’t seem to work but I didn’t report There is a very dangerous door in the kitchen Next to American style fridge/freezer which is not intended to open but is removable for access. It could do with being better secured as a tug on the handle expecting a small door to open caused the whole full height to come forward.
