Rustic Cottage & Garden Retreat on Buda Hilltop

Great location, bus to town, hiking trails, shopping center 1km away!

We loved the sound of the cicadas at night. We felt like we were in a tree house. We loved the peaceful safe atmosphere. Very convenient public transport. Very kind approachable host who was happy to help but gave is our privacy. The cottage had everything we needed and had lots of character and vintage pieces. We were there in a July heatwave but it was very cool and easy to sleep at the cottage in the trees. Would definitely recommend and sray again.

Nothing but you will get very fit climbing up to the house. (Its worth the effort) I only wish i was fitter.

We loved the peace and quiet, the cosiness, the thoughtfully decoration with wooden furniture and an original framed antique game board collection, the view into the trees and over the hills, an efficient heating system, a convenient bus stop and corner store right next door, and the kindness of the host. We would love to come back in the summer time to also make use of the terrace.

Amazing place . Amazing people. If you need somewhere quiet and close to nature , this place is basically what you are looking for.

Very quiet location, easy access to the center by bus. Possibility of trips to nature right behind the house. Very kind owners. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable cottage located in the woods. Well equipped kitchen with everything what you need. We parked our car and travelled to the city very easily by bus 11 right next to the cottage. Beds super comfortable.
