Great location, place was bright and tidy.

The place is very tired, the host was really unwelcoming - obsessing over hot water use. I've never stayed anywhere where I was told to turn the hot water off when not using. If it is an old inefficient system they should update it. There was black mould around the bath, scuffs on most walls and one of the bedrooms had a small hole in the wall where the player was bashed by the door.
