Amazing view Clean kitchen, bathroom And comfortable beds - although top bunk has no side rails so had to move mattress to floor

Dirty outside. Especially road side. Looked terrible. Given cost - completely unacceptable. Main bedroom window doesn’t close properly so draft and noisy roadside. Old joinery that throughout house doesn’t close properly. No wifi Couch VERY hard and uncomfortable Dirty windows in lounge Tv didn’t work (kept glitching. Probably bc of no wifi We were five people staying and fifth bed was a sofa bed. Not made clear enough and was not made up, despite booking for 5 pax Told booking.com of issues. They were helpful but essentially nothing done to improve the stay.

Location is quiet but only a short drive to amenities/shops and the beach is a hop, skip & jump away ✅ The dining/hang out area is a great space and it was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately we were stuck watching one tv channel during our continuous rainy stay. We didn’t have a device to connect to the AUX cord provided in order to watch anything else. For the expense, a better option would be to provide wifi with chrome cast or similar. The bunk room office size and really only suitable for 1 person considering the lack of movement/storage space

View was fantastic and distance from the beach, BBQ set up was great and overall very clean and tidy.

No Wi-Fi and bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable.
