I chose it because it was right next to the train station and I thought that would be convenient. But then I found out that to get to other towns such as an Assisi you need to take a bus and that wasn’t nearby. That was poor planning on my part. The thing I like the best was the host. He was so accommodating and when I met him, he showed me around the area. Be sure I have a good orientation.

Considering that it was rainy, it seemed a little too gloomy inside for me. The decor could be changed to be more uplifting also.

Close to train station and shops. There was an area for smoking.

I didn’t feel safe at night in the area.

Marco was very kind and gave us plenty of recommendations for getting around and eating

great location with 3mins to the mini metro on foot. with indoor parking and the room is clean.

there is no reserved parking which means you cannot find parking anytime. but it is not a problem if you just want to explore the city .

The place is very nice, in a very safe area (I roamed around at night with no problem whatsoever) and max. 5 minutes away from the train station, which was a great thing for me, as I needed to travel every day to a new place. The bed is big and comfortable and the apartment has all the facilities one would need for a stay. Marco is a very nice, attentive and helpful host and I recommend this rental to any people interested in a great place to stay in Perugia.

Marco is a great host! Everything was clean, location is great (you have a train station very close so perfect for going on a trip).

Perfect position: 3 min from a train station and 20 min bus to the old town. Supermarket 2 min. The host is very kind🙂 Happy to have booked here!
