Incredible location, terrific host, great balconies with great views, clean, quiet despite being surrounded by restaurants, and very comfortable. Great to have two separate bedroom and two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable living area.

Host Katerina is a very warm, caring and incredibly helpful person. The location of the house is very nice. It is located right at the edge of the sea. Many restaurants and cafes are listed below. The house is immaculate and the facilities are very good. We were also very pleased with the treats. It is one of the best places to stay in Kokkari, Samos.

Location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere. The owner was so lovely, she put water to fridge for us in advance and many other things like coffee, biscuits etc.

Katherina is a very attentive and friendly host. The facility is quite comfortable and well thought out in every detail. In addition to being prepared with all the necessities, there were also nice treats. The facility, located in a very good location in the center of Kokkari, has a beatiful sea view. The house can comfortably accommodate 5 people

The sound of music the restaurants below the facility can be heard. The music can be cloud from the bar located by the bay until around midnight. This can be an important detail for guests seeking a completely quiet environment. That wasn’t an issue for us

Perfect location and great views from both terraces. It is a wonderful (fully equipped) house and the atmosphere is perfect. And the best host! Katerina is lovely!
