This was a great little house set in the countryside. It was a perfect get away. The lounge room fire kept us toasty. The kitchen is fresh with all the mod cons. The bathrooms are updated and clean.

The stairs up to the bedrooms and down to the laundry were short and steep which is in keeping with the age/style of the home. Just remember to use the railing!

Traditional style of house beautifully transformed into modernity. The house has all you need, and more. One exception though: there is no microwave. The view from the house is of a great beauty and makes you want to stay for a long time.

The floor heating in the (biggest) bathroom takes at least 24 hrs before producing any noticeable warmth effect.

It was lovely to stay in a genuine Norwegian house with an awesome views. It is very well located for access to beaches and mountains. The house has very good facilities.

Everything was amazing. I have never been in such beautyfull accomodation. I don't have words to describe this place. You must be here.

A charming cottage nicely furnished. Excellent kitchen, well equipped. Some reviews comment on the more rustic bedrooms upstairs. Yes they are not as modern as downstairs but they are fine and relate to the original history and character of the cottage rather than detracting.

Amazingly beautiful spot in a quiet remote valley. House had everything you needed. Saw lots of wildlife. Dark Skys to view the Aurora. Very private and comfortable.

Parking was difficult they had so much snow and did not plow out the parking space.

Many review writes that the house needs some renovation. Partly true, but the main living area is fresh and comfortable. And if you beleive these recommendations, you will miss the chance to enjoy this breathtaking view, and one of the best spots in this area. So we really think it's simply wort it. This place is amazing. We've loved it so much, we are sure we will come back in the summer. Can't imagine how nice can it be, when all is green.
