Eateries are just down the apartment. A mall with ATM next door. Apartment was clean including the bathrooms. Towels, shower bath and shampoo were provided. There is a washing machine but clothes needs to be dried inside the apartment.

It was a townhouse.. whereby the apartment is on top of shoplots.
