Pet admission rules: The house allows a maximum of two pets. All types of animals classified as highly dangerous, illegal, animals that are not pets and/or weigh more than 20 kilos are excluded. In the case of exceptional admission by the accommodations of animals considered to be dangerous breeds, the establishment will require at the time of formalizing the stay the corresponding dangerous breed ownership card, the civil liability insurance of the pet and the safety regulations relating to these breeds will be mandatory (leash, muzzle, etc.). Although covers are placed, it is not allowed to get on beds, sofas or the rest of the furniture of the accommodations. Bed linen or bath linen belonging to the accommodations will never be used for the use of the animal. The house does not have belongings (clothes, containers, etc.) specific for pets. The owners will have the obligation to keep the animal in optimal hygiene and sanitary conditions during the stay and with the veterinary documentation in order. The owners will be fully responsible for the behavior of the animal, as well as any possible damage to third parties or to the property of the accommodations. It is forbidden to leave the animal alone in the premises of the accommodations. If due to force majeure you cannot take it with you, the animal must be left in a carrier appropriate for its size, with water and food in their appropriate containers and the accommodations staff must be notified immediately. The owner will ensure the good behavior of the animal towards the establishment. The house does not have a trampoline, as shown in the photos.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
