"This is an excellent place to base yourself for Rotorua area, even down to Taupo drive."

The location, set out of the resort, view, stand alone accomodation (not attached units or flats), on property cafe/restaraunt. The townhouse has everything you need with a beautiful view.

The beds and pillows were a little hard but that is my personal preference for a softer bed.

"Beautiful location, facilities were great!"

The location and views are stunning! There were games in loungeroom which would be great for families. Beds comfortable.

The accommodation wasn't overly clean, one room had some dirty socks on the floor, toaster crumbs all through cupboard, half the toaster didn't work, heater in bedroom didnt work.
