La Terrazza

Ein absoluter Traum in der Toskana! Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über zwei wunderschöne Etagen und ist im typischen toskanischen Stil unglaublich gemütlich eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden, wundervollen Blick auf die Landschaft. Auch der Ort selbst ist einfach zauberhaft und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Vermieter Leonardo in Empfang genommen. Die Kontaktaufnahme auch vor der Abfahrt klappte hervorragend und kurzfristig. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Chianni. Von dort sind die Geschäfte und Restaurants im Ort fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Bei der Ausstattung der Unterkunft fehlte es uns an nichts. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein Parkplatz steht kostenfrei in einer Seitenstraße oberhalb der Unterkundt kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Eine E-Ladesäule ist auf einem Parkplatz in Chianni vorhanden. Alle Ausflugsstädte sind in ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar.

We had an amazing stay at La Terrazza. The host, Leonardo was lovely and handed us out the key on the first day and walked us around the property making sure we had everything we needed. The place was immaculate and matches with the online pictures. The view from the terrasse is amazing. There are many restaurants nearby you can walk to or drive to even during off -peak season as well as local shops. I would recommend this place any day!

Dom jest po prostu pięknie urządzony Wszystkie detale są gustownie dobrane . Podłogi i sufity to mistrzostwo będziemy czerpać inspiracje. Taras jak nazwa wskazuje jest sercem tego domu. Duża łazienka ,wygodna kuchnia nawet ze zmywarką. Gospodarz miły, udzieli porad co zwiedzić w okolicy. Obok 50m źródło pysznej wody dostępnej dla wszystkich. W miasteczku kilka dobrych restauracji.Wygodny parking dosłownie naprzeciw.Czego można więcej oczekiwać? To były piękne dni dziękujemy Leonardo.

Leonardo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns bei der Anreise auch einige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Selbst für unsere Tochter war an alles gedacht, es gab ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und ein extra Handtuch für Babys. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Sicher war es nicht das letzte Mal das wir da waren.

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Leonardo et le fait qu’il se soit déplacé pour nous dire au revoir ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas de la part des propriétaires de logements. Comme souligné par d’autres locataires, la vue sur les collines de Toscane depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Le lever de soleil est magnifique. L’appartement est bien agencé. Il y tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour.

Wifi peu performant avec de nombreuses coupures. Une climatisation dans la chambre du bas serait un plus. Nous regrettons le manque de respect des touristes louant les appartements en dessous qui étaient bruyants jusqu’à tard le soir.

The owner met us outside, showed us round and presented us with a lovely welcome bottle of wine and some cantuccini biscuits. The apartment is spot on with just about everything you would need. It's a short walk from the village amenities but in a quiet area. The view from the terrace is quite exquisite and the perfect place to unwind. Chianni itself is a wonderful village with a friendly atmosphere that balances Tuscan authenticity with a warm welcome for visitors. I am already looking forward to going back at some point!

Not really a 'didn't like' but it would have been useful to have some sharp kitchen knives for meat etc. And a good addition would be an AC unit in the bedroom on the main floor.
