The apartment is modern and spacious, and we liked the small sun terrace with a wonderful view. A representative of the owner was there to meet us, in the street nearby, when we arrived by car. It was easy to double park to unload the bags. There are 100 stairs up to the apartment but there is a small lift, which means that one only has to climb 17 of them!

The apartment had clearly not been used for a while and it was not properly prepared. We found that the A/C did not work and we had to buy batteries for the controllers (which solved the problem); the fridge was off (unplugged) and we had to clear it of water before it was usable; the mains water was turned off at the incoming pipe and it was hard to contact the owner to get instructions on finding the stopcock. We had a long dialogue on parking before our arrival but we found that the best solution was not to use the owners' recommended reserved parking (20 minutes walk away) but to use the huge modern underground carpark (with video surveillance) at Piazza Libertá. For information - there is no discount for longterm parking and the cost is approx €25 per day. NB Whilst the apartment is quite close to the main port (cruise ships), it is a 25 minutes brisk walk, along the Lungomare, to the main day-ferry terminal.

Super ausgestattetes Apartment mit wundervoller Dachterasse und Blick aufs Meer. Die Altstadt liegt direkt vor der Tür, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Bahnhof und die Fähre zur Amalfiküste sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Toller Flair in wunderschöner Stadt- wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert 👍

L'appartamento si trova in un bel palazzo sito nel centro storico a due passi dal lungomare. Ha un terrazzo dal quale si gode di una vista molto bella che spazia dal mare alla fortezza. E' un appartamento ben attrezzato, arredato in modo semplice ma funzionale.
