Bramley Cottage

Bramley cottage was beautiful. We had everything we needed.

The property was immaculate. There were two ensuite bathrooms. One had a bath and the other a shower.The bedrooms were very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were very nice, as was the large lounge. Coffee, biscuits, tea, and milk were left for us, which was a nice touch. Bramley was situated in a quiet residential area in Sandown within easy walking distance of the sea front and town. There was a Tesco express at the end of the street and a bus stop, too. There was also a Morrisons nearby. We enjoyed staying there for the IOW festival.

When we arrived, we couldn't see the property as it was behind the main property of the owner, which was worrying. It was a relief that it was located to the rear of the left-hand side of the house .The drive was a little narrow and needed a 5 point turn in the morning to turn the car around. These are minor points though.

Nice touch with breakfast items left in fridge on arrival. Cleanliness of property, responsiveness of host and location

No WiFi is a major drawback and I expect tea and coffee to be provided as a minimum for the price. Although clean, we found the decor and facilities to be quite dated

Very clean, spacious, fully equipped, great location and tasteful decor. Little extras such as tea, coffee on arrival are great after a long journey.

Shower on the small side in the second bedroom but there were 2 guys over 6 foot in the family. No WI-FI which is a plus with 2 teens but not great for planning trips, booking excursions etc.

The location was spot on, nice and quiet, on the edge of the countryside. Easy walk into Sandown centre, choice of walks through park land or very well kept streets. House was very spacious clean modern with every requirement catered for. Highly recommended

Only from our family view, we should have booked a longer stay

Property is nice and good. Nice location. Really enjoyed. It was a pleasant stay.
