St Clair Holiday House

good room size.

The location was great and it was a good value for money and decent sized home. The outdoor area would be nice in summer and the bbq. Good it had a washing machine and dryer with laundry liquid as well. Had parking right outside which was great as well.

There was heaps of heaters in the home and even though there was plenty of heating the house was still really cold and woke up blocked up every morning and freezing. The shower is also a bit concerning as when someone else uses cold water it goes piping hot in the shower where it burns. Also the duvet covers didn't smell nice and like they haven't be cleaned. They should be cleaned after every stay. Also a bit dirty in the cupboards and somethings wrong with the jug, it kept turning on again and again by itself. Would have been nice to have more supply of toilet paper and milk as that wasn't enough for 4 days. The beds and the pillows were not very comfortable either.

Value for money. It is great for families and the location is ideal. The house is clean and spacious.

Minor really, one of the bed is wobbly, my partner tightened the screw of the headboard. I think the part of the house rules where we have to strip the used bedding and put it in the laundry room, first time to experience this ever, possibly the reason why it is cheaper in general still enjoyed the place and would recommend it

It would have been great to light the fire it was out of order which was annoying as it was a cold night .

Property keys was very easy to locate and the house suited our needs very well.

The home was cozy and close to the beach

Location, parking, heating, facilities and size.

Water pressure very poor. Went and showered elsewhere. Also queen mattress not in great condition. Needs replacing.

Communication with owner. Easy access. Lovely, roomy, welcoming home.

The shower was a little lacking luster as far as water flow went but not an issue as such.

The house is gorgeous. They have obviously made some improvements and having the heat pump which helped warm the areas up is a great addition.

Unfortunately, the shower was disappointing. With two teenagers in tow, the water pressure and trying to get a good temperature was impossible. Sad, because if the shower was great, we would be returning.
