Fantastic location. Rustic style. Great hosts.

This is a delightful autonomous apartment in a courtyard. The owners live in a place on the same courtyard, and they are delightful. The place is charming, well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Just a caution: Google can give misleading information about the location. It is in a big a big white building on San Laurenano, up some stairs and to the buildings right. Built by Columbus' son, we're told!

Beautiful, historic apartment in an excellent location! Abraham was the most thoughtful host. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Fascinating building, with a long history. It was originally built for Christopher Columbus' son. Then redesigned as a convent. It's a 5-minute walk from the bus station, close to a supermarket and surrounded by good restaurants. Also, it's near the river, so there's a pleasant walk to the concert hall and the contemporary art gallery, which is spectacular.

The internal stairs are steep, narrow, and semi-circular. Not a big problem for us, but could be very difficult for someone with mobility problems.

This is a beautiful historic house next to a church. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The terrace and courtyard must be amazing in the summer. Great location in the old town but very close to the bus station and a good supermarket.

Excellent location. We've taken a couple of days to make sure we give a considered review. It's definitely worth a high score, but it's quite quirky and very basic in many ways. It's certainly traditional and historically significant but lacks many modern touches. The kitchen is very basic and really only suitable for a light lunch preparation. If you use both cooker rings, you can't switch anything else on without tripping the fuse box. The cupboards and the microwave are very high, so if you're under 6 ft tall, you will need to be careful. The "few" stairs to the bedroom amount to 17 on a narrow spiral staircase. The bed is comfortable. The host is most considerate, even to the point of providing sanitary towels and a whole load of extra towels, cleaning materials, a first aid box, toiletries, and bedding. There's a kettle, an iron, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. If none of this causes you to hesitate, then you'll have a great stay.

If you're not accustomed to city life then Traffic noise and fumes can be an occasional nuisance.

The property is located in the Historic (old town) area and is in close proximity to most key attractions. It has a history that you should hear about from the host as it is his right and privilege to share. Abraham is a very kind and gracious host and made sure the key handover was well coordinated. The place is well equipped for a comfortable stay for a couple and it was indeed a very good stay in Seville.

We ran into Wet Weather so we could not move around the city as much as we had hoped for. There was absolutely nothing to complain about the place.
