Excellent location. Authentic interior.

It is rather a cold place to stay in December.

The hosts are nice.

Could use some finer attention to details like new towels and kitchen utensils. Sofa or sitting area is uncomfortable. Street noise most of the time.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus station.

Exceptional 15th century property (was originally owned by Ferdinand Columbus, Christopher Columbus' son!). Accommodation is a completely separate two-story apartment, bedroom and bathroom upstairs, kitchen and sitting room downstairs. Beautifully decorated and maintained (though a few extra sockets would not go amiss). Location is perfect, five minutes from the central bus station (where the airport shuttle terminates) and walking distance from the centre of town and the main attractions. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby (including one open on Sundays, which is a rare find in Spain). Abraham was a wonderful and attentive host.

Loved the location of this accommodation and the set up. The accommodation was really well set up with all the equipment required, and the kitchen had condiments, and bathroom also had toiletries. There is a great terrace for sitting in the sun for breakfast, and a shared courtyard if you feel like it. The place is very secure, and private, and although right by the road, it was not too noisy. It is on the edge of the old town, so a quick walk to many food places, and also walk to many of the sights. Approximately ten minute to the cathedral. We met the owner on arrival, and he was lovely and welcoming, telling us a bit about the history of the area, and places to perhaps eat. We loved our time in Seville and would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

A lovely traditional house in a really convenient location, with a pretty outside courtyard and terrace, it suited us really well. The hosts were always available if needed, and were fab!
