Az apartam ár érték aránya. Elhelyezkedés

A szobában hangyák voltak, az ágyneműn hajszálak . A légkondicionálás feláras volt amivel az a legnagyobb probléma hogy finoman fogalmazva sem működött kifogástalanul. Ezer éves gép aminek egy egész éjszaka kellett hogy a kb 20nm es szobában elfogadható hőmérsékletre hűtsön. (Így inkorrektnek érzem a felárat) Ezen felül nem lehetett kártyával fizetni csak kp-ban ami a tulaj állítása szerint fel volt tüntetve a foglalásban . Kétszer néztem át a foglalást de ezt a apróságot nem találtam.... Ezeken kívül a felszereltség és maga az apartman egy éjszakára rendben volt, úgy hogy baráti társasággal voltunk. Családdal, több éjszakára nem ide jönnék....

Remek helyen van, a házigazda végtelenül udvarias, segítőkész és kedves. Nagyon szép a terasz, az udvar és a közösségi tér is.

Jó lett volna egy szúnyogháló a teraszajtóra és a fürdőszoba ablakára.

Megbízható, rugalmas, kedves szállásadó. Tisztaság, rend mindenhol,a takarításért külön köszönet. Kényelmes ágyak, gyönyörű kert és kinti pavilon. A napozósarok pihentető. Közel a Balaton. Laza sétával a parton kb fél óra a Petőfi sétány.
