The property alone is 10 stars, even with the negatives. The pool, the amount of space, number of bathrooms/bedrooms etc were as much as could be expected, along with location.

Communcation with the host was good at first and they worked with us on the 1st day. However, when we messaged about missing blankets, and only had sheets, they stated they were in the laundry mat. We messaged back and asked when we would get them, but no response that day. The following day, we messaged again and they stated that they had already told us they were at the laundry, which did not help us as we had asked when we get them. They then advised that they could get them out to the residence in 2 or days, which is when we were leaving. My wife and I sleep at different temperatures and she needs a blanket, whereas I can be find with nothing or a sheet. Also, they charged a cleaning fee, but had us take out garbage. Lots of places do this, but I feel it is not reasonable if you are paying a cleaning fee. The toilet paper could have been better. Lastly, they only provided 2 coffee pods. We had to buy some for the rest of the days. Nothing to do with this property, but the tram to Port of Soller is a rip off at 9 euro each way per person!!!

We liked everything

5 minutes walk to a supermarket and 10 minutes from the centre of Sóller. A wonderful outdoor terrace and pool area.

The staircase was quite steep and the steps at the top not ideal but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the property.

The house was more than amazing. It had all the things you need and even more. We were welcomed with a complimentary basket of food and wine which was very thoughtful. When I read reviews before going I was kind of worried that the street will be very narrow - yes it is, but we were with a 7-seater car and we managed to pass without problems, you just have to be careful. The town square is at walkable distance (8 minutes).

Great location. Pleasant stroll into town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Good supermarket just a short distance. The pool was great as it can get very hot. Well equipped, spacious rooms, fabulous outdoor kitchen area.
