Beautiful location, excellent views over the bay and nearby mountains. Peat was provided for making a fire. The place is a down purposed B&B so there was a lot of room to spread out. The host was very nice.

28 euro additional for heating felt a bit steep but you are heating basically a whole b&b.

Very spacious and nice house on the ROK. 3 separate rooms were given to us (4 people in our group). Nice living room with fireplace.

Turning on the heating was charged 28 euros extra for one night, but to be fair they were very transparent and mentioned it upfront.

Large, comfortable, and private.

Paying extra to heat the home (about 20 euro) seemed odd and the heater in one room did not work. But, was not a big issue for us.

Lovely view , great location close to Sneem . Helen the host is friendly and knowledgeable , lots of space . Decor has that nice old world charm to it . Spotlessly clean and nice bottle of Processo in the fridge . Great stay

WiFi works which was a plus but kids couldn’t play their games as kept glitching , Netflix worked so that was a good Had to pay separately for heating . Big house to heat up
