DAR ADIL KASBAH

In the heart of the Kasbah, with a wonderful roof terrace that has fabulous views over the city. Lovely traditional house, comfortable and clean. Feels like you are part of the neighbourhood.

These are part of the character of the house, not anything that could (or should) be changed: It’s not clear from the photos, but the stairs are very steep and there is no bannister. Elderly mum struggled to get up and down safely. The kitchen area is tiny - it was tricky to prepare food for four people. There is no dining area - we ate on our laps in the living room.

Very noisy surroundings. The lack of bedroom door wasn’t comfortable for lack of privacy. The kitchen blind was half broken

Sleeping rooms are quite small, enough to sleep and puttings your bags there. One small bathroom for all 5 persons. Its an old medina, can be louder, no suprise!

Wonderfully authentic house in the heart of the old medina. The steps are very steep throughout the property so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Only limited cooking facilities which was fine as we were only staying one night. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy and cold when we were there otherwise we would have used the roof terrace. The staff were really helpful and responsive and I couldn’t fault the service.

Really historic house with nice roof terrace and a lot of light in the living room. Good location, right in the medina.

There is no heating in the rooms, if you travel in winter time this could be better with just electrical fires.

On the Sunday night that we stayed it was noisy nearby with loud voices, doors being closed loudly and arguments heard from the street. This was unfortunately a factor until after midnight. Uncertain if this was unusual or not as we stayed only one night

Great place, it's a nice, clean house located in the medina of Tangier near the Kasbah. The view from the terrace is amazing and the service was great. Thanks a lot to the hosts for being so welcoming and helpful.

Cool place with a beautiful view. Very unique vertical layout with a roof top seating area. Check-in was easy and everyone was friendly. Good location in a historic area; made it very easy for us to walk to nearby sites.
