"Cosy however property tires an upgrade. Most expensive property we stayed at throughout NZ South Island"

The view

Coat and clean but requires an upgrade. Internet didn’t work properly, bathroom. Needs upgrade and larger TV for the areas. PowerPoints on smalller bedroom at back.

"Great location and stuning view but : poor heating system(autumn/winter), bad bassin faucets and no dryer"

Great location and stunning view

Hot and cold water are separated in all bassins -> replace to bassin mixer, in winter nothing says that you absolutly need to make your own fire in the living room and there were no fire sticks to start the fire, and there is no heating in any of the rooms. Finally there is a washing machine but no dryer so don’t expect to wash anything in autumn/winter.

"Too expensive for what it is - a bit grubby, tired, with no wifi or head pump. Would be fine for half the price."

Location was Ok. Layout and bedding OK. Kitchen OK.

Could have been cleaner - food crumbs on the sofas, food stains, and plenty of dead insects on the window ledges. No wifi, no heat pump. Everything in need of an upgrade for the price.

"70s house, very spacious"

location very spacious view excellent support staff at Te anau (Rob and Jennie - if I recall correctly)!!!

the house is very 1970's, meaning no AC, need to modernize the place We are not good with fireplaces, so many times it was cold in the house no wifi

Views from the large sitting room widows. It had everything we needed
