Tiny Piece of Paradise - Te Anau Tiny House

Everything about this property is exceptional, I would recommend this spot to anyone!

The scenery is beautiful, and the design of the house is fantastic! Very quiet place

The drainage system of shower room is abit clogged, so the water is discharging very slow

Amazing location with even more amazing views of lake and mountains. The space is smaller but comfy enough with all our things. We cooked too and had everything needed. Store is not too far and it was perfect quiet location to relax.

The home is tiny, therefore appliance will be smaller too, which wasn’t an issue. One thing I would suggest that would be nice to have - is bigger sink in the bathroom. Shower is huge, but it’s harder to wash face in the sink without having water all over the floor. Also nicer to have would be softer duvet on the bed. But these are not a deal breaker.

Stunning location, good range of kitchen stuff. Ideally placed for Milford sound outing. QUIET.

Mezzanine bed wasn't exactly practical (We knew!). 1 more step would help, as would relocating the light above the bed (Lost count of how many times I hit it.)Whilst the microwave was very good, the door 'handing' was wrong for it's placement - you have to reach 'round' the door to remove HOT dish, simple to solve....... 1st day we were there it was hot, all good, day 2, 5 degrees, bathroom was FREEZING (No heat in there). Minor issues, didn't unduly bother us, but fixing would enhance.

Access to main bed was impossible for me as active 75 year old . The top step was three feet below mezzanine floor and there was insufficient room to sit and swing your legs round. Access to other bed was up a ladder which I could manage but second bed not made up . Would have appreciated better data on access to mezzanine floors for older people and for bedding to be supplied for second bed. We used the house for sleeping for one night and then booked into motel for our second night but still used the house for supper and breakfast as ground floor and terrace was lovely.
