"So much better than getting a hotel in Telford, pretty much all you could ask for"

The whole house is very well presented, nice and really quiet location. Spacious, clean and modern. The host was great with communication and the whole trip was very easy, we were all relaxed and didn't get under each others feet (there were 5 of us). Plenty of off road parking, very large garden (not that we used it as it is winter). Kitchen has everything you need. Pretty much can't fault this house as a place to stay.

My only niggles are subjective, beds were a little soft (I know everyone has their own preference) and it would nice to have had a small TV in the main bedroom (again a personal preference, but would mean people could watch different things if they wanted......and escape the kids)

"Lovely stay, could do with some small improvements but was great for a night or two."

Overall the house was lovely, garden well kept but we didn’t use. Was nice to have a downstairs loo. The house was very well heated on arrival & throughout (November stay). Superficially clean but could probably do with a deeper clean. The fridge was clean, the oven was lovely and clean, clean grills & fresh foil as were all the china, cutlery etc. The house is up a steep drive, so be mindful if you might struggle with this. The front bedroom lights didn’t work. The shower wasn’t very strong and could do with an upgrade, so washing thick hair would be a job. The wall opposite the back bedroom door could do with a full length mirror as the ones you had on the wardrobes were obstructed and slim so not ideal unless at a distance. The sofas were really uncomfortable to relax in on a night. Stiff, leather ones as opposed to soft squishy ones. Overall it was great and did the job, reasonable and relatively clean.
