The Cottage was very comfortable we really felt at home. Elizabeth is a kind host we've appreciated her welcoming a lot. Good position to explore Cotswolds.

The cottage is amazing, and equipped with everything you need. We traveled with our two children and we felt very comfortable. We arrived by car and could enjoy also the wide parking beside the property. Everything was definitely clean and tidy. The property is also very well located in town next to all the facilities and to the adorable city center. Elizabeth was great in providing us with all the information we need both before and during our stay.

This was a brilliant place for the family to stay, comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Amazing host, attentive and helpful. Will definitely be returning to turnpike cottage for our future visits to tetbury.

Beautiful property with outstanding facilities. Extremely clean with a lovely welcome of fresh flowers, wine and a birthday cake. The cottage was very warm and comfortable. The communication from the host prior to arrival was exceptional. Thank you.

From a warm welcome by the host, to the unnecessary but lovely treats left to consume during the stay, and the cozy and comfy accommodation, it was a lovely stay for us all (4 adults and one baby). The hosts were friendly, very responsive and always there if we needed them, while they never intruded during our stay. A travel cot was set up for our baby before we arrived. There is a clear attention to detail. As well as being incredibly clean, there seemed to be instructions and polite/helpful reminders for everything from the bins to appliances. The location was excellent for a wedding at The Great Tythe Barn and the town centre. Walking to either was not a problem, even with a stroller to town. We never felt the need to drive anywhere. The cottage was quiet (despite the road outside) and cozy. It had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is very spacious. The beds were very comfy. It made for an all round comfortable and relaxing stay. I can't stress enough how wonderful the hosts were!

Neither of these were enough of a problem to detract from our lovely stay, but in case it's an issue for others: - There's only a small pavement at the front door of the cottage, and although there's a 30 mph limit, there's unfortunately a lot of people speeding. It requires extra caution when using that entrance - particularly with a stroller. The door at the back is safer, but only accessible by steep steps, so not as accessible. - There's a trade-off with the security of the gated driveway and the convenience on leaving. We did have trouble opening the gate when leaving, but the hosts were immediately available to resolve the issue. It wasn't an inconvenience for us at all and the hosts made it easy during arrival and departure.

The Cottage was super clean and cozy. It was full of details for us and toys for the children. The host was very warm and welcoming. Location was perfect for visitting The Cotswolds, most of the villages were 30-60’ far from the house and walking to Tetbury’s restaurants and shops was only 5’ far.
