Close to VCE. Marco Polo VCE airport bus to Venice bus station - need to buy 10 Euro ticket from machine or desk at airport despite getting off bus after only a few Km. If want to later go to Venice bus station - buy a separate ticket at airport for 1.50 euro each way to get to/from Venice airport. Bus every 15 mins or so and runs approx 0530 to 0100. Bus stops each way very close to rental.

Trying to schedule a Taxi to airport for 0445 pick up was a challenge despite very helpful information from host. Not able to schedule a pick up via Radio Taxi website, appTaxi or text despite multiple attempts over an hour the night before. Radio Taxi did not answer phone first 2 times the night before, however when they finally answered the 3rd time, an English speaking representative was very helpful; she recognized the address - "are you staying at the Red Tower?" - and assured me that an driver would arrive. A driver did arrive on time at 0445, however stopped a block away and started to drive away as I ran towards him to redirect him. Only took 5 mins to the airport!

"If you need a night to sleep over before the flight, great place to be in"

The facility was very clean, looked like new. Big enough for 3 people (we were four). Five minutes by bus to Marco Polo airport. The bus stop, one minute of walking. In the nearest town there is a very nice and inexpensive Italian restaurant that does free deliveries. We ate twice, the first time at the restaurant and the second time we used delivery.

Coach bed in living room good for children, but not comfy for adults.

I felt very safe and the place was immaculate. Lots of attention to detail . Scenery was beautiful
