Villas are great for long stays, very spacious, with quality furniture, excellent kitchen with everything you need. There is excellent internet. Well located, some distance from the road. Close to everything you need: a large shopping center Robinson, to the nearest 7/11 about 10 minutes on foot. The nearest popular beaches are Bang Tao and Surin in 20 minutes by bike. To the east coast about 12 minutes. Very close to the villas there is a pleasant green park for walking. There are quite a lot of unobvious interesting places around. Between the villas and inside there is enough space to feel calm and comfortable. Worth your money.

The rooster sometimes tries too hard to express itself, but in general behaves well. 😀 To go anywhere, you need to get on a fairly busy main road. It is advisable to have a car or bike if you like to get out of the house often.
