Location was excellent and this made up for some disappointing bedrooms.

Nylon sheets on all beds! Two of the three bedrooms were in the attic and not suitable for adults.

Great kitchen, secure parking, close to local parks, shops, pubs etc

Decorations are overdue, and general tidy / repairs externally as well. The key lock to patio doors is tricky, stiff, took a while to get in sometimes, needs oil at best or replacement.

"Comfortable stay in Topsham"

Rooms were a good size, kitchen well equipped, comfortable and good location.

The property wasn't ideal for my 15 month old who is now walking every room is a step down which makes it a bit dangerous. Parking space was really tight for our SUV.

"Value for money"

Facilities were good.

Gate small to accomadate entry. Hot water in shower cant be adjusted. It is hot throughout. Mechanism faulty. Some bulbs in living room need replacement. It wound be better with double glazing windows in winter. Top floor bed creaky.
