The house was comfortable and very spacious. Everything you needed. Beds comfortable. Fantastic looking location.

They was anything really that I would say I didn’t like. I would say to allow us to control the heat to has and when we need it

Property was very run down to begin with and was covered in laminated signs with threats to keep your deposit, so its not really possible to relax in there. Because of this we made an extra effort to leave the place spotless, but the owner still tried to retain our deposit over damages that were already there to begin with, which could clearly be seen on the pictures and virtual tour. Was also charged for late check out even though we left on time. Absolutely appalling hosts, dont be swayed by the supposedly cheap price as the £200 deposit scheme is quite frankly a scam and they will think of any excuse under the sun to keep it. Property was also in a very noisy location on a main busy road and the beds were really uncomfortable so we didn't sleep very well either. Would not reccomend, especially for those looking for a relaxing holiday.

The location of Sunnymead was amazing. We parked our cars up and the walk through to Torquay through the Blind Garden was lovely )the only thing that spoiled this was the weather but that was out of control! The beds were so comfy in the house and the doors meant that we got a peaceful sleep as we couldn't hear when the kids were awake which was bliss! There were so many plates, cups and glasses that we were never short. The owner was very apologetic when he was in fixing an issue with the shower drain and Saltwater Escapes contacted me before hand to let me know.

We were 2 chairs short for the dinner table which meant we couldn't eat as a 10 and had to give the kids their food before the adults ate. Some spare chairs in the cupboard would have helped to allow us to eat together. The dishwasher was small and didn't work very well so we ended up having to wash it up after

The location was great , with a bus stop into town , right outside the front door. The property was very well presented and comfortable .

Dirty appartment, neighbours sitting outside smoking marihuana. House owner tricked us to pay extra money suddenly asking for extra deposit that they refused to refund afterwards. Also I find it creapy that there are neighbours spying on you while you staying in the house. Not recommended.
