"Nonostante tutto ottima esperienza."

La possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura. La vicinanza dal centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La possibilità di usufruire di un terrazzo comune.

La dimensione della stanza, troppo poco spazio a disposizione. La mancanza di una finestra (quella presente dava sulle scale interne). Scale troppo strette e scomode.

L’emplacement.

- Logement au rez-de-chaussée avec une très forte odeur d’humidité, rendant le logement insalubre (traces visibles sur l’ensemble des murs) ; - Équipements peu voire pas fonctionnels : climatisation, cafetière Bialetti ; - La visite d’un cafard assez imposant dans le logement ; - Certains équipements mentionnés dans l’annonce mais en réalité communs à tout l’immeuble : lave-linge, étendoir.

La camera poteva essere pulita meglio Il letto scricchiolava ad ogni movimento La tv non funzionava Mancanza di area per la finestra che affacciava sulle scale interne Scale rumorose sentivamo tutte le persone che salivano o scendevano
