Very nice place, very warm, a steep climb, but worth it. Pleasantly heated, plenty of amenities, and they even had a washing machine. A very approachable and responsive host, and checking in was really easy. Plenty of parking spaces near the vacation home.

Loved the location of the property! In the front you have access to the sea and lots of places you can grab a quick bite. A quick busride and you’re in the city centre. The place itself is very nicely decorated with everything you will need. Andrea is also a great host who will help you out! Would definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Trieste! Also perfect for solo traveler.

Wifi/reception was a little unstable but still alright most of the times!

Wonderful little fisherman's cottage, very cozy and the space is used very cleverly with all amenities you might need. You can sit outside in a little courtyard to enjoy the quiet surroundings.

The access is not easy, the path up from the main road consists mostly of steep steps. If you have a heavy suitcase, you are in trouble, in my case, I had a loaded touring bicycle and it needed a lot of heavy work to get it to the top of the little alley way,. The owner, however, had offered to help me when we communicated earlier. So you better take advantage of this if you have lots of luggage.

Quite small, but a very cosy and quiet place. The owner very helpful (lots of tips and hints in the apartment!). Quite cold (we were there in late April/early May - extra blankets available, so it's fine), but I imagine it would be very pleasant in the summer (air conditioning available).. Two bikes available for free, very good home-made liquor and fully equiped kitchen (coffee, coffee express, tea, cutlery, stove, microwave etc). Located on top of a very narrow and steep staircase - so not for people with immobility issues. Not in a city center, but very close (15 min by bus, 2 lines available or 40 min walk), just in front of a promenade just by the seaside, which was beautiful. Overall - a very pleasant experience.

The only issue I can think of was very weak WiFi. Other than that - free parking on a street, so it can be harder to park during the weekends.

Trieste is beautiful and friendly city. Lovely italian people there.
