Although there was a mix-up, parking was convenient. It was about 20 mins walk to the Museo Civico.

Extra charge for parking; complicated check in at nearby pastry shop so you first have to find a parking space in order to pick up the keys for apartment and for garage. When picking up the keys, make sure you park further up Via Cairoli before you need to turn right into Via delle Piagge. On Mondays all done by remote control because the shop is closed (I wouldn’t trust the system to work). Even when the shop is open, check in is only 2-8 pm because the shop closes ie you cannot arrive later. There was a mix-up with parking because the pasty shop people said press the top button of the remote for opening the garage at 44 but actually you need to press the next button down and open the garage door at 42. The proprietor only sends messages in Italian and the instructions sheet in the apartment was only in Italian so if you don’t have the language or access to Google translate there’s a problem. Wifi wasn’t working in the apartment. Large terrace but very run down, plants dead. There was a ZTL sign at the start of the street but the proprietor had responded to a previous query from me claiming that it would OK because I was parking in a garage. The next morning, therefore, I left keys and garage remote in the apartment, not wanting to keep the car parked in the street while I returned them to the pasticceria. I may well receive a ZTL fine, something one only knows weeks after the event. The apartment is on the ground floor, but inside, there are three steps to reach either bedroom, one set without any railing (see photo). Overall, not a convenient situation.

Lovely apartment with a great terrace. Check in simple and quick. Would recommend restaurant Kappino for dinner, you can see this from the terrace on the corner. Would definitely book again if in this area.

The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a big apartment, with steps up both sides to the bedroom and lounge leading to a huge terrace, purely for your use. We were able to get washing done and dried whilst we were there. Short 5 min walk to the old centre of the town. We paid for secure parking which was next door. You pick up the keys to the apartment from a cake shop back up the road.

The place is perfect and has enough space with Terrasse. All needed is in.

No real complaints about this accommodation - warm, cosy and comfortable. We asked to turn on heating and it was done. The sleeping place for children is separte. I mean it's the best place we stayed in Italy during this 10 days trip, and we changed 4 different accommodations, and yet it was the cheapest. Very much recommended!

Great Location , great apartment more like a house that was very spacious with great terrace . Has everything you need including a washing machine for a comfortable stay . Would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

Communication was at times a bit problematic - but this is to be expected with language barriers. Owners did their best . Also instructions in the property were only in Italian - would be helpful if there was an English version also. If your Italian is good this would not be an issue.
