Amer Villa Santorini with outdoor hot tub

Amer Villa is located in a calm and lovely neighbourhood and the views are phenomenal! The villa itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The owner communicated really well and fast and was extremely accommodating! Me and my husband couldn’t recommend this accommodation more! Thank you.

Beautiful villa, with very friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurant and supermarket. Great location to explore the island with a car.

Really just to say something here, if anything, a microwave would be a nice addition.

Ruim appartement en vriendelijke eigenaar. Er was een lek aan de airco in de slaapkamer, maar na melding werd dat meteen hersteld. De hot tub werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. De ligging is weg van de drukste plaatsen op Santorini. Er zijn fijne lokale restaurantjes in de buurt. Je hebt wel een wagen nodig om het wat praktisch te houden.

Keukengerei was wat minnetjes (bv. geen schaar of deftige kurkentrekker). Voor de rest alles in orde.

We had a fantastic 8 nights in this villa with my wife and 2 children. The host was brilliant and so helpful, he explained how everything worked, where to local shops and buses were. The hot tub was cleaned every morning. Villa was cleaned mid week and fresh towels provided. WiFi and full amenities are provided at the villa. Ideal location away from the crowds, only 8 minute walk to bus stop. Super market again only 8 minute walk with lots of variety. Would highly recommend, were already looking to come again next year.

The kitchen needs more cooking appliances and preparation facilities if you choose to eat in. It’s very minimalist.

The owner of the apartment is kind and pleasant. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. The place is quiet and pleasant with a magical countryside view. Highly recommend for those who want a bit of peace from the city. Everything nearby, short driving distance to any destination. We really enjoyed our stay :)

We didn’t find it very clean, but we told the owner and he sent the cleaners straight away that morning.
