Comfortable House in Warwick

Clean and tidy. Nice to arrive and find some.milk and cake and good information left.

Front door but hard to lock at times.

Easy key collection, good facilities, good location - only 10-15 min walk from centre of Warwick. Info sheets re local shops, restaurants, walks. Welcoming tea tray.

Could do with maybe thinner duvets on the beds for summer.

We were a group of two couples staying in this property for two nights so we could attend a concert at Warwick Castle. The location was perfect with the town and castle being just a short walk away. The street was very quiet despite being so close to the town. Beds were comfy, lovely big bathroom with spa bath and great shower, modern kitchen with everything you could need. We appreciated the milk in the fridge and the tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely stay here again.

Location: quiet area of town yet very central. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Comfortable lounge, very well equipped kitchen and dining area. The weather was not nice enough to use the garden much, but it would be lovely to sit out there on a sunny day. Parking right outsice the house.

CAREFUL: decking slippery when wet. If you were a group of 4-6 people, having only one bathroom might be a bit of a disadvantage (but not really a problem!)

Good location within walking distance to the town centre.

All was very good and there were lots of little extras to greet us on arrival - tea, coffee, milk, toiletries etc. All was very clean and comfortable

The property was in a great location for the castle, racecourse and the town centre. It was clean, comfortable and great value for money. The facilities was also very good including wi-fi.
