The location of the property was ideally situated for the town centre Warwick castle etc. Not too far for restaurants.

Church Bells was in a really good location, central to Warwick, easy to get round by foot, train station close by. The house itself was lovely to accommodate 5 girls looking to relax and catch up. The host was great in sending information about the property, things to do, places to eat and quick to respond.

House was perfect for our stay the large dining kitchen had everything and more. Would definitely return. Craftsman cafe bar was great down the road good beers, coffee and breakfast was fab.

"House fine but hosts unhelpful"

Spacious and clean, however beds very firm and only one bathroom. House in road with

Customer service. Noise monitor (which have never come across before) set at very low level. Set above dining table and triggered by normal conversation in evening and by dishwasher noise in morning. Host called and ‘ranted’, did not listen, explain or apologise. Host also gave my personal data to company in US that inundated me with calls and messages about the noise monitor. House blocked for Morrisons deliveries, so I had extra faff to make special arrangements with Morrisons to receive our shop. Host did not help at all. Again was abrupt in response when I queried this issue.

"Perfectly located period property for family stays."

Perfect location for amenities and access to Warwick Castle. Easy to get from the train station and walkable to all bars and restaurants. Really spacious kitchen diner and bedrooms.

Just need to be conscious of steep stairs, especially if in the attic room, but to be expected in such a period property. As referenced by others, there are a lot of derelict buildings in the surrounding area, but it all feels safe and just sad to see so many beautiful buildings in such a state.
