Hill End Cottages

The views were beautiful and the living room was very cosy with the log burner.

Lovely, cosy cottage for a weekend away. Super comfortable bed and the freestanding bath in the bedroom is a real treat. Clean and well-equipped.

It was lovely for there to be a wood burner but the amount of wood provided was pretty stingy (not enough for one evening). I would have happily bought some but there was nowhere to buy any in the village. It would be helpful to add a note to the booking that you need to bring your own wood.

Heating could be better could not maintain a steady heating temperature.

Comfy bed great shower location .

Need to look at heating would be better if you could keep on and control better . At one point , it went off and it was really cold. Phoned host and it was because signal lost on thermostat it came back on again and again went off later on .

The studio was very comfortable, it had everything we needed.

The frying pan was a little small, and our food was sticking to it. But everything else was perfect :)
