Rathjarney Gatelodge

The Gatelodge is the perfect accommodation for a holiday to Wexford. It is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the essentials. The location is also ideal, with most of the best spots in Wexford only a short drive away (such as Rosslare and Wexford Town). Katelyn & Martin are exceptionally welcoming and helpful hosts. They provided us with lots of excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in nearby and they left us fresh eggs and other treats for our arrival.

The location was perfect, set in peaceful countryside in beautiful garden.The Lodge was amazing. It is beautiful both inside and out and had everything that was required. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful, providing essentials such as milk, juice yoghurt, and fresh eggs for the visit. They have thought of everything, books, and games, were also available for a wet day! A huge Thanks for an enjoyable holiday.

Martin and Katelyn were super hosts. Very helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed. The fresh eggs for breakfast were a lovely bonus. Ideal location for touring Wexford by car. We would definitely recommend a stay a Rathjarney Gate Lodge. Margaret and John.

Martin & Katelyn were very welcoming and helpful. The lodge was comfortable, well equipped & clean. It was lovely to have fresh milk, orange juice, butter, jam and fresh eggs from their own chickens left in the fridge for us. I would stay there again.

The hosts are absolutely superb, so friendly, welcoming & helpful. The lodge is exceptionally well stocked with essentials & a few extras too & the property is right in the heart of beautiful countryside, so it's quiet & peaceful. There are a couple of shops & a pharmacy within 1 km for convenience. It's in a great location for touring the lovely county that is Wexford & beyond.

We could not find fault, everything was brilliant, peaceful setting, private entrance, spacious grounds & the outside seating was a bonus with the lovely weather we were lucky enough to have. Very comfortable & would definitely return.

Beautiful quaint Old Lodge set in lovely grounds. NICE PLACE OUTSIDE TO EAT Very comfy bed. Nice shower room. .

Bedroom was very small

Food left in the kitchen (croissants,oj,tea,coffee,milk,butter,yoghurt) and Easter eggs! Host (Martin) was very friendly and helpful. Gate Lodge is very comfortable in a beautifully quiet part of the country.
