Hot Tub Pet Friendly Luxury Cosy Cottage, Near Withernsea and Patrington

Such a lovely place, you could feel the Christmas atmosphere there. We spent most of our time in the jacuzzi! We definitely recommend it!

We were delighted with the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage, the conservatory was a real bonus to the property allowing us all to be together to enjoy our mum's 80th birthday. Needless to say the hot tub was well used as it allows all weather use being under cover. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome pack and gifts and card for mum which was so thoughtful and kind. The pub behind served a lovely meal on the Saturday night for us all. So happy to have chosen your cottage and being grateful we could bring our dog too, brilliant enclosed garden for all size dogs, Many many thanks.

The quality of the facilities, the conservatory, the hot tub & the host's attention to details.

Great place to kick back and do nothing. The conservatory was an excellent addition. Jase has provided most things for a great stay, including treats for the dogs. The garden was very secure, allowing our dogs to let off steam! There are plenty of places to sit in the large garden. Withernsea is just a 20-minute drive away. The hot tub was a perfect addition. We loved it and was our second visit. We are definitely making a return visit

Nice and cosy, plenty of space for a family of four. Everything we needed was supplied including lots of towels, as well as robes for use in the hot tub. Nice spacious garden, lovely hot tub area with shower. Nice views out onto the Humber estuary. Good location - close to where we were attending a family wedding, also close enough to visit Withernsea and Spurn Point.

- We were unfortunate to stay on an evening when the local pub had a very loud band on, playing up until midnight - even with the windows closed it kept us awake as it was so awful and loud. - Some clear detailed written instructions for use of appliances eg. oven and hot tub would have been useful.

The cottage was very clean and good quiet location. Hot tub was great. First night ate at pub next-door, good food and good atmosphere. Withernsea not far. Second night we had a choice of menus on board in the kitchen. Zaras India was very good and didn't take long to come.

Bedrooms could do with blackout blinds. Has my two poodles think it's time to get up, when it gets light. An idea, could have dog padding pool.

Perfect few days break comfortable relaxing short drive to quiet beaches. Owners on hand should you need them. Lovely big enclosed garden for dogs. Hot tub was brill.. Great local pub next door very dog friendly good food. Definitely will return.

The cottage had no freezer but the owners welcomed our feedback and have already ordered a freezer to be installed at the cottage.

The cottage was more than we expected, with two children and three dogs, there was plenty of room in the garden for them all to play along with the good size hot tub and conservatory. The garden is safe for dogs, allowing us to enjoy the time away leaving the door open for them to run in and out freely. Meeting Jason there made it helpful to ask questions and made the stay more welcoming. The beds were super comfy. The stay was peaceful and quiet with very little sounds around. It made a perfect short break away with family to allow for us to make lasting memories. Will definitely be recommending and revisiting.

Regretting to not book for longer and the sun not coming out to be in the garden more.
