Parking facilities, cleanliness.

Precarious landing top step, especially with young children. Slightly unpleasant smell downstairs. Extremely loud bathroom taps.

Excellent hosts always happy to help and situated in a beautiful location in Coedpoeth with a scenic view from the bedroom window, we had access to amenities nearby and the property came with all basics to make our stay feel as homely as possible. The property was also clean and well maintained, and the parking situation was more than adequete for a reasonably sized car. We will definitely be returning in future

What I didn’t like was that we couldn’t get in contact with the host. We did do a last minute booking Which was a mistake as when we arrived there is no phone service to be able to contact. We then had to go to the closest village ask a publican landlord to use their phone. I did call again when we finally got back to Wrexham again no answer. Unfortunately the email for entry info did not deliver until 4:30 the next morning So as cute as it looks. I’m a little upset with contact ability and when we did start to converse with host, I find that I have been blocked. So no more contact. No surprise there. Full payment for no access. A big NO from me I’m afraid.

Lovely small cottage in great place

The kitchen and bathroom were modern.

There was no view except from sitting on the bed. The stairs were very steep with only a handrail part way up. The landing was very small with steps up to one bedroom and then down into the bathroom . The landing was narrower than the doorway so it was possible to fall down the stairs. There was no garden. The parking space was very small and difficult to get into because of the narrow road. My car is very small and only just fitted the space.
